This is a Tibetan Prayer wheel, made by Tibetan Refugees in Nepal........... It is Oversized, 17" made of a copper metal, (with three stones inlaid)....and Tibetan writing which i believe is... 'Om Mane Padme Hum'  in relief......inside there is a Buddhist Prayer scroll.
